This was a real success tonight ( Canadian January night of -29). I have never tried using big beef chunks before but ti turned out great. The house smelled so tempting all afternoon long and we were sure ready to eat when dinner came around. The meat was very tender and the whole dish just delicious. Great meal in a bowl.
