Marinated Oriental Chicken Recipe

Marinate chicken a day ahead; after ten-minute broil, the dish is ready.

Serves 4.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 2 teaspoons minced peeled fresh ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted

    DIRECTIONS

    Combine first 7 ingredients in large shallow dish. Add chicken to marinade. Cover with plastic and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight,

    turning occasionally.

    Preheat broiler. Remove chicken from marinade. Broil chicken until brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
