Chopped Salad Recipe

An easy version of the famous Cobb salad.

Serves 2.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 large head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1 tomato, seeded, chopped
  • 1 small avocado, chopped
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • purchased vinaigrette or blue cheese dressing

    DIRECTIONS

    Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Add enough dressing to season to taste; toss well.
